Please Read Carefully:
The State of Michigan has implemented a new law regarding the use of topical anesthetics during all tattoo procedures. This includes permanent makeup and paramedical tattooing.
What’s Changed?
A valid prescription from a licensed physician is now required in order to use any numbing agent during your procedure.
THIS IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
What you will need to do before your next appointment:
1. Contact your doctor and request a prescription for a topical anesthetic.
2. Bring the prescription (and the numbing product, if applicable) with you to your appointment.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we follow these new state regulations. If you have any questions or need help understanding the process, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Previous Permanent Makeup:
If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed and are interested in cover-up/re-work, please email a clear photo prior to booking your appointment at info.abzoluteartistry@gmail.com ***Please call to see if you are a candidate for any adjustments or additional work.
Booking Fee
Due to a high demand, there is a non-refundable deposit required to secure an appointment per procedure.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferable to reschedule an appointment.
Deposits are deducted from the total price of your treatment.
***If you choose to cancel, your deposit will be non-refundable***
Appointments/Cancellations
We respect your time is valuable and so is ours, Please arrive 15 minutes early for any paperwork. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.
Please give us at least a 72 hour of notice to reschedule.
